5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays.

6. Refunds and Returns

Our refund and return policy is subject to the terms specified on our website. Custom-printed items generally cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PrintService, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrintService and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.
